Green with All Our Heart

The love for greenery is deeply rooted in our family. We have passed on our passion and commitment to nature and the environment from generation to generation. What my Father began has grown within me and developed into a clear vision that I am now determined to realize.

My name is Samuel Anin-Struss. Born in the vibrant city of Kumasi in 1985, I moved to Germany at the age of 12. After my education and Job Trainings. For the past 19 years, I have served at Lufthansa, one of the world’s leading aviation companies. This journey has instilled in me a deep sense of discipline, precision, and a commitment to international safety standards.

As a married father of two, I am driven by the vision of leaving a sustainable, green, and clean Ghana for the next generation. I am bringing 'German Excellence' back to my roots in Kumasi and Accra to transform our urban spaces.

Project Description

The project is being developed by our company Ghana Green Corridor International Limited and has the official approval of the Government of Ghana.

The aim of the undertaking is the construction of a modern and sustainable building in Accra and Kumasi or its surrounding area, which will be used both as a company headquarters and as residential space.

This locations was deliberately chosen because Accra and Kumasi, as an international center, offers optimal accessibility for our global partners.

Our project focuses on:

Sustainable infrastructure development in line with national environmental goals
Integration of green spaces as well as environmentally friendly architecture
Creation of a representative headquarters for international cooperation
Promotion of economic development and creation of local jobs.

With the support of develoPPP.de, we aim to realize a model project that combines ecological innovation with economic growth.
